STORE POLICIES Replacement of Damaged or Defective Items: We inspect and guarantee that all our products are of the highest quality at the time of shipment. Please notify Medstar Sutures within 24 hours of receiving your shipment if your order became damaged during the shipping process. Medstar Sutures will send a UPS Call Tag to pick up the damaged product. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, we will inspect the item and send you a replacement. Refunds will not be issued for defective merchandise. Misuse or misapplication of items is beyond our control and will void any warranty, expressed or implied. If your product is damaged you must contact us within 15 days of delivery. After this time Medstar Sutures is no longer responsible and the customer will need to contact the manufacturer directly. Returns and Exchanges: Within 25 days of receiving your order, you may return or exchange most items for a credit or refund less a 20% restocking fee. To avoid a restocking fee: Product must be returned for store credit towards a future purchase of equal or greater value. Shipping charges do not qualify as a credit. You may exchange the product for another of equal or greater value. You will be responsible for all shipping fees involved. To exchange a product:
Order the replacement product(s) and return the original(s) in unused condition. Once we receive the item you wish to exchange, we will ship out the replacement product.
Absolutely No Returns will be accepted on the following items:
Canceling orders: If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. Our payment terms are net 15 days (due 15 days from receipt of statement). It is requested that payment be made within the terms of the agreement to maintain open account privileges. A 1.5% charge will be applied to all past due balances. Standard rates apply. We ship domestic and international. All orders will be delivered via an insured ground service carrier. Next Day Air and Second Day Air are available for an additional charge. All returns require a Return Authorization Number. All returns must be made in the original package, undamaged. Certain other restrictions may apply. The sale of the items on our website may be subject to strict regulation by the U.S. FDA, and state & local regulatory agencies. Do not order these items unless you are a licensed purchaser. In the event this item is regulated, Medstar Sutures will verify your status as a licensed purchaser of this item before shipping.
