1. What are your hours of operation? Our website is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Our customer service department is open Mon-Fri 9am – 5pm.

2. If I do not want to order online, how else can I place an order? To place an order via telephone, simply call our customer service line at 877-788-8734 during business hours. You can also fax your purchase order to: 800-294-1243.

3. Who is Medstar Sutures? Medstar Sutures was created as a result of the increasing demand for discounted, and hard to find brand name sutures. We specialize in CP Medical and Ethicon sutures.

 4. Is there a minimum order amount? Unless noted in item description there is no minimum order required.

5. How many sutures come in a box? There are either 1 or 3 dozen sutures per box and is indicated in item description. All CP Medical sutures have 1 dozen per box. All Ethicon codes with a G have one dozen and codes with an H have 3 dozen.  Example: 1663G  = 1 dozen  662H = 3 dozen.
